Meet The Artist
Tessa Matsis Smith is a woman of passion when it comes to the world of hair. The human connection, the people, the education, and, you guessed it, the hair. With 17 years of experience as a stylist—and almost 22 in the industry—she’s a Master Stylist, an Aveda color artist, and a hair cutting expert with razor and shear. Tessa’s distinct eye and skill allow her to customize innovative cuts to the shape of your face, your lifestyle, and your fashion to fully reflect you.
She’s a color and blonde specialist who is dedicated to continuing her education (Aveda, Wella, TiGi, and Bumble and Bumble) so she can provide up-to-date techniques and knowledge on the latest on-trend looks. To round out her love of the industry, Tessa is also an editorial stylist for photoshoots, television, and fashion shows, having worked in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Portland, and Sacramento.
